- Full build-to-order from scratch: Approximately 6-7 months to close

What comes included? Spec homes here often come with appliances like the refrigerator, washer, and dryer already in the home, along with blinds on the windows. A Note on Lots

As with any large community, not every lot is created equal. Some of the available lots across the highway side of Scenic Terrace may back up to other homes or have terrain that isn't ideal.
