Christian Clay LLC, doing business as More FLA Homes (collectively, “More FLA Homes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), offers an SMS and MMS messaging program for consumers who want to communicate with our real-estate team.

 

By asking More FLA Homes to text you, texting our published business number, or otherwise providing your express consent to receive text messages, you agree to receive conversational SMS and MMS messages from More FLA Homes at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include responses to property inquiries, requested property information, showing and appointment coordination, client follow-up, and real-estate transaction updates.

 

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or obtaining real-estate services from More FLA Homes.

 

Message frequency and charges

 

Message frequency varies based on your requests and your ongoing conversation with our team. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

 

Opting out

 

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. We will not send additional SMS or MMS messages unless you provide new consent.
